Hi, I’m Katherine, and I joined the team in June of 2025 as an Operations Assistant based in our Central Pennsylvania office. With over two decades of experience in customer service, I’ve learned how powerful it can be to truly listen, anticipate needs, and offer dependable support. I take pride in making every client feel welcomed and cared for, and I strive to create a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

I’m also a licensed notary, which allows me to offer added flexibility and convenience to the clients I serve.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Slippery Rock University, where I discovered my passion for connecting with people and building strong relationships—skills I use every day in my role.

Outside of work, I enjoy kayaking, hiking, and spending time with my boys, friends, and family. These moments reflect my love for nature, connection, and balance in life. I thrive in roles where I can build relationships and foster trust, and I’m excited to bring that energy to our clients and team every day.
