Our Process
All successful partnerships begin with a discovery process. Getting to know you and determining if we are a good fit is a vital step in the Advisory Process. Relationships are bonds that grow over time with connection, care, and collaboration. Our advisors are committed to taking the steps necessary to learn about our potential clients, sharing with them our philosophy, process, and scope of services to help ensure a thriving partnership.
The
Aspire Way
-
Our Team looks at your current financial situation and uses a variety of tools such as questionnaires and interviews to identify your personal goals and risk tolerance.
-
We analyze this information and determine the potential advantages and disadvantages of staying the course. We seek suitable alternatives to your current plan and whether these alternatives help maximize potential for you as well as how they integrate into your financial picture.
-
After we have determined what we believe is the best course of action, our team begins to design solutions based on reaching your stated objectives. For each recommendation, we consider the assumptions and estimates used, the basis for the recommendation, the timing and priority of the strategy, and whether it is independent or works in conjunction with another strategy being implemented by you.
-
Then, we present our recommendations to you, answer questions, consider alternatives and outline the steps to implement your plan.
-
Next, we execute the customized strategy using the extensive tools available to us through Raymond James. This involves the selection of specific account types, investment products and optional services; we then complete the necessary paperwork in a coordinated approach with the rest of the members of our team.
-
Once implemented, we review the progress of our strategies relative to your defined objectives and suggest changes where needed. A key to this step is your involvement in the process and communication of any significant changes in your life. We accomplish this by providing ongoing reporting of the account activity and by conducting periodic reviews with you.
