Hi, I’m Jo’nelle, an Operations Assistant at our Montoursville office. When you dial our number, it's my voice that greets you. My role is deeply rooted in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering relationships. I serve as a primary point of contact, handling all administrative aspects for individuals and families.

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Bloomsburg University. With over 16 years of experience in customer service and account management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my position.

I currently live in Milton with my husband Clyde and two children, Harley and Arianna. When I’m not helping clients or lending a hand in the community, I enjoy relaxing with a good book and spending quality time with family.
