Hi there! I’m Jo’nelle, one of the Operations Assistants at our Montoursville office. My role is centered around delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. As the primary point of contact, I handle most of the administrative aspects for our clients.

With nearly 20 years of experience in customer service and account management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my position. Personal connection and helping others have always been important to me, no matter where my career has taken me. What makes my job fulfilling is seeing our clients achieve their financial goals, whether it’s buying a new home, experiencing a dream vacation, or enjoying a comfortable retirement.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Bloomsburg University and have earned my FPQP designation, which has expanded my role with the team. I also hold an Accident & Health, Life and Fixed Annuities insurance license.

I currently live in Milton with my husband, Clyde, and two children, Harley and Arianna. When I’m not helping clients or lending a hand in the community, I enjoy relaxing with a good book and spending quality time with family.
