Katherine Campbell, Operations Assistant | August 2025

In life, we’re given countless opportunities to pause and reflect on how we’ve arrived at where we are. Over the past few years, I’ve found myself doing that more often. And while those rose-colored glasses may have slipped off from time to time, I’ve always found the strength to pick them back up, place them where they belong, and keep moving forward—dreaming bigger, hoping higher, and choosing to see the world through a more positive lens. I’m proud of the person I’ve become because of that journey, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
Growing up in Williamsport, I was always on the move—a young girl trying to keep up with two older brothers in sports and any competitive activity we could dive into. Summers were filled with 4-wheelers, boating, jet skiing, cabin trips, and fishing. After school, it was softball, tennis, ballet, piano—you name it. Those experiences shaped me, and even though a couple of ACL and back surgeries slowed me down, they didn’t stop me. I’ve simply adjusted. These days, I find joy in hiking, kayaking, and capturing sunsets—always seeking peace and beauty in a chaotic world.
I began working at 14, and customer service has been the heart of my career ever since. Each job helped me grow, taught me something new, and shaped the person I am today. Entering the financial industry wasn’t something I initially envisioned, but I’m embracing this new chapter with open arms. I’m excited for every opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute—especially alongside such a fantastic team. I’m also looking forward to getting to know our clients—putting faces to names, building relationships, and being a trusted part of their financial journey. It’s the personal connections that make this work so meaningful, and I’m excited to be part of that experience and to continue this journey with purpose, passion, and the support of those around me.
Here’s to new beginnings, continued growth, and making a meaningful impact—together.
Having known Katherine for most of my life, I’ve seen firsthand the kind of person she is—genuine, hardworking, and deeply connected to our community. We grew up together and went to school in the Williamsport area, so I knew her strong interpersonal skills and local ties would make her a perfect fit for our team. I’m thrilled to have her on board and confident she’ll make a meaningful impact.
